FMBC care

What is FMBCare

FMBCare is the heart of our church’s compassion and congregational care, providing personal support to members during times of sickness, hospitalization, grief, and other life challenges. Rooted in the call to “carry each other’s burdens” (Galatians 6:2), this ministry ensures that no one walks through difficult seasons alone. Whether it’s through a phone call, a bedside prayer, a home or hospital visit, or a simple note of encouragement, FMBCare seeks to reflect the love and presence of Christ in tangible ways.

We believe that caring for one another is not just a duty, it’s a demonstration of Christ’s command to “love one another as I have loved you” (John 13:34). Through prayer, presence, and compassion, FMBCare stands ready to support, uplift, and serve our church family when it matters most.
If you or a loved one are hospitalized, in a rehab facility, nursing home, or at home recovering, we want to be there for you. Members can request a visit from a minister or deacon by completing a visitation request form. We count it an honor to show up with love, prayer, and encouragement in your time of need.
Life happens, and sometimes people fall on hard financial times. FMBC provides limited benevolence support to assist members facing temporary hardship. If you're in need of help with essential needs and would like to understand our benevolence process, you can learn more and submit an application here.
Every 2nd Thursday of the month, our Food Pantry is open from 10:00 AM to Noon. We provide bags of groceries and pantry essentials to those in need.  No registration required, just show up, and our team will be ready to serve. If you or someone you know is experiencing food insecurity, please come and receive.
Prayer is not our last resort, it’s our first response. Our Prayer Team is ready to stand in faith with you. If you’re facing a challenge, walking through grief, or simply desire someone to believe with you, we invite you to submit a prayer request. Know that your need will be lifted up in confidence and faith.
